Trump Administration to Limit EPA’s Review of Asbestos Dangers

In an example of President Trump siding with industry, and potentially affecting the lives of home owners, construction workers and firefighters, the “EPA now says it will focus only on [reviewing] toxins still being manufactured and entering commerce. It won’t consider whether new handling and disposal rules are needed for “legacy,” or previously existing, materials” like asbestos.
